I teach the kids with thorough explanation then ask questions. I try to describe the concept in simple way as possible. I usually teach the kids from errors and try to make them successful in most of the aspects. at the end of the session I give the kids pop quizzes and homeworks so I'll check their work in our next session. Evaluating the works of the kids next session will be the first thing to do. Making education fun and enjoyable is the main goal for the children's success.
