I have been teaching engineering students for 20 years now on a part-time basis. I have been tutoring as well Math subjects to high school students.
My advantage from other tutors is my working experience. I correlate the subjects I teach to my experience in manufacturing operations. My students would know how to use what I am teaching to applications when they start working on their desired jobs. It is a combination of theories and applications.
As a former student, there were some subjects I did not apply when I started working and my professors then did not orient us on the practical applications of what they were teaching us. This is the reason why I always incorporate theories and practical applications in the way I teach or tutor.
