I work under minimum pressure and I give an excellent work.I always put. my best foot forward to ensure that the learner has understood what am saying and what am teaching.at the end of every class I give an assignment which only focuses on what we learnt and even what was learnt earlier.I need an active student both in curriculum and co-curriculum activities.At the end of each teaching seesion,I give a cat which is strictly marked and corrections are done accordingly.For better understanding I give a test at the end of the term
