My teaching approach is student-centered and very interactive. I believe in making learning more engaging by conducting approaches like lectures along group activities. To adapt my approach, I first identify each student's strengths and limitations. I simplify complex concepts by providing simple explanations, practical examples, and hands-on activities. I constantly monitor my students' progress using quizzes and feedback to ensure they are on track. I love to take feedback from students every week. A student will only be able to learn where they find comfort, hence maintaining a friendly environment for students to learn is the upmost priority. This helps me analyze and modify my way according to what students want. My findings show that this method leads to better knowledge and higher student satisfaction. According to me, every child must be treated equally and should be given equal importance. Theoretical knowledge is important but so is practical knowledge. I believe that my qualities such as patience, passion for teaching, ability to connect with children, and want to see them succeed are what distinguishes me as a good teacher.
