My teaching philosophy is student centered. This means that I focus on creating a learning environment where the needs, interests, and abilities of students are prioritized. Hence, I act as a facilitator, guiding students to take ownership of their learning. I as well emphasize on active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. By fostering curiosity and engagement, this philosophy encourages students to explore subjects in ways that are meaningful to them, nurturing their independence and self-confidence. The ultimate goal is to equip students with skills for lifelong learning, adaptability, and problem-solving, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
