I am a chemistry research scientist willing to assist students eager to learn and be knowledgeable in the field of science. I listen to what a student wants and we work on setting goals upon the deliberated focus. Every effort is a build up to achieving the goals. I assign tasks and homework according to the ease of learning showcased by the student. This method of setting the bar low enough, a point that is reachable helps motivate my students to take one step at a time. In the long run, I have had my students graduate with exemplary scores in Chemistry and mathematics related subjects. I also get to learn from my students because they show me things that I may overlook or blindspots in my own thinking. I will be honoured to teach anyone willing to be my students and desiring to achieve their best. I believe practice does not make perfect but rather it is perfect practice that makes perfect. The small inputs when done well will generate success.
