I am early years educator, whose specialty is to help young learners identify, sound and blend letters with ease. I have helped to improve the reading skills of young learners using the Montessori methodology. And also helping them understand basics of number writing. In my 6 years of teaching, I have come to realize that one teaching style do not work with all pupils. So as an educator you have to bring in your game of teaching flexibility by exploring with your learners. This will help the learner have fun while learning.
