**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Classroom Management:**

3. **Assessment and Evaluation:**
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.

4. **Communication:**
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school meetings as required.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success.
5. **Professional Development:**
- Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum changes, and teaching strategies through professional development opportunities.
- Engage in reflective practices to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
6. **Additional Duties:**
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and committees as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
