Teaching To Solve Problem Not To Complete Work

As my experience I have came to know personal teacher should not teach in the way to complete syllabus but should make attention to solve the problems which students have came accrosed while studying in school.Also it is very important to understand students and guide them about There strength and weakness. So as personal teacher I feel that when students are comfortable with you they share there much problems including there basic weakness in the subject .So personal teacher should contribute in reaching to goal.
