Am a teacher who enjoys working with all kind of people. Ability to communicate clearly, positively and relate well with the trainees to facilitate perfect learning. A team-player who enjoys working with all staff to attain the goal collaboratively. Am Self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking.
I love using coorperative teaching method where the class is divided to groups,each student plays a different role in a structured group activity and makes unique contributions.
I also use collaborative learning, students are working on a common task and doing the same actions, but they’re working together to boost group performance and amplify learning. It’s a coordinated effort to find answers, research or create a final product every group member contributes to equally.

The result of the above mentioned teaching methods is good class performance, good results and competency among the trainees.
Great teachers are friends to students. Through good communication i bring trainees close to me and thus the trainees can easily open-up and share any challenge.
Guidance and couselling- when the need arises the trainees are taken through guidance and couselling.
