I am an Aerospace Engineering grad from NTU, Singapore, with 6 years of working experience in the IT and programming industry. I teach starting from the basics. I like to teach using simple real-life analogy so that students can remember the concepts better. Afterwards, I go deeper into the topics and provide examples and contexts on how the topics are applicable in the real working world. I run some quick quizzes and concepts checkpoints to ensure students can understand basic concepts before diving deeper. I also like going through past year papers to improve student's confidence.

    My role is project-based. In my previous project, I built a web application and REST API using Python Django framework, and integrated the application with other cryptographic computation libraries designed by scientists. Then, I deployed the web application to cloud environments for a customer in the healthcare domain. In our project, we designed a secure system architecture for our application with cybersecurity best practices, and fix cybersecurity loop holes, to mitigate the risks of malicious actors from hacking into the system.     I am the project lead of IIoT smart manufacturing project. I collaborate with vendors to extract sensor and servo encoders data from production machines using PLC, and collaborate with IT departments to integrate IIoT solution to Micron IT system. I also perform data crunching from on-premise databases and build logical views for dashboard reporting. I have extensive hands on experience with Python in the domain of data analytics and machine learning.
