Being an educationist from last 15 years, it has become my passion to teach young minds and the grown ups as well.
I usually develop a bond with my students and then teach them according to their habits and interests.
Teaching is not only what we are reading from the book, I believe that a student learns from the teacher while she is talking, walking or even eating. So a teacher has to be a role models for every child because that's the only way you can make your students understand the new concepts in their studies.
Teaching with fun and full resources is very important now a days.
This present era is all about technology and AI so we need tou mold out teaching strategies and learn new ways to make our students successful in their future lives.
I believe learning is a two way process. If I am teaching something to my students, in return I ll surely be learning something from them as well.
Being prepared and resourceful before starting your class is the most important thing.
