Reviewing students homework assignment and test scores and working through problem questions that the student did not answer correctly.
Giving constructive feedback on students work and keeping updated on their progress.

Creating schedule for futher development in subject areas.
Maintain an excellent knowledge of the subject being taught
Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learners in the classroom
