I'm having experience in virtual tutoring where the Student has learn and grow by doing hands on activities. I can teach the subjects, English, Science and Social Studies. Before starting the session, I used to check the Student's progress and level of their learning styles. And, after beginning of the session I'll clarify whether they are okay to learn today or need any motivation to study in daily basis. Whenever, I taught some new concepts will check for their understanding before move on to the next concept of the session.
