I believe in evolution learning. That is, learning by experience rather than memorizing complex formulas or equations. A person can learn and apply the knowledge gained through this lecture for the practical problems. For each learning portions, an appropriate application will be provided, so that student can get confidence in learning things which are difficult to understand/perceive. My experience with working in academics, research institutions and industry will be presented to the students in a way she/he can grasp quickly and will guide them to thing in an innovative way.
