    It depends on the complexity of the task, if the task is on a basic level then I have set the minimum fee for that but if it lies between the intermediate and expert level the price will vary. Also, price will depend on what you want to learn python itself is an advanced tool and frameworks and libraries in it are more advanced and most of them use OOP and data structure.
