Teaching method mostly depends on communication in bengali, mainly focuses on student's grammar, syntax, lexicon, semantics while writing or talking, gives numerous examples from different prose or poetries to understand a particular approach of a text thus the notes become more versatile.
Flexible teaching for different ages. To understand the gesture of a language is the key here. As practice makes a student different from others, by regular practice of to-the-point answers, I take care of the consistency.
Last but not the least, I care for the student's opinion on a text first, then I share mine, thus a communication of understanding and thoughtfulness gets build in the process.
