First is I will have to assess the student's prior knowledge by conducting an assessment test. Once I can determine, I would focus on teaching that area, but of course it will not be limited to that area. I will also include whatever the parents want their child to learn or practice on. I will also conduct weekly assessment test to test what the student has learned so far. I have worked with kids during summer for a part time job, and so far, I believe I did a good job teaching them.Thus, I believe I am the right person for this job.
