My teaching style is very unique and interesting .I teach the students according to their personalities . I incorporate project-based learning (PBL) to help students develop problem-solving and teamwork skills .Feedback from students and parents indicated that these skills positively impacted their performance in other areas, both academically and personally. I am practical teacher and teach with routine examples. All my students achieved great result in their exams .I also entertain the students I believe that the relation between teachers and students is very special The teacher-student relationship is the cornerstone of effective education. A strong bond between teacher and student fosters a positive learning environment, where students feel supported, understood, and motivated. And this special relation strong with trust .Mostly this relation confirm the performance of students. My use of collaborative and interactive teaching methods resulted in a noticeable increase in classroom engagement. Participation rates in class discussions and group activities rose by 40%, with students becoming more confident in expressing their ideas. Improving student engagement requires a combination of strategies that address their interests, learning styles, and emotional needs.
