* Differentiated instructions: I diversified teaching methodologies to accommodate different categories of learners, even the physically challenged. This involves measuring students progress in different ways, through projects, excursion, portfolios and participation; Explaining students progress and At-home educational strategies with parents; offer one-on-one after school help; giving experimental procedure to students to practice at home
* Teaching based learning: Keeping Learning brief, Allow time for questions, By creating instructional vedios, use of visuals such as images, vedios of scientific research and innovations, also encouraging hand written notes which will make them stay focus during teaching and also to master spellings
* Technology Oriented Learning: Such as delivering learning through WhatsApp to Students who needs extension service without physical presence, sharing of online content to students, etc
Furthermore, I took up teaching as a sacred profession, knowing the fact that a real teacher always displays myriads roles apart from teaching and erudition.
