Hello. My name is Jyotsna. I have been working as a shadow teacher since 2021. When I started working as a shadow teacher I had no experience. At that time I was afraid of how to be with children with autism and hyperactive. But after starting my journey with them I am very happy these three years. Because I like to understand them, play with them, and keeping them engaged in school works and school activities, and every minute I spend with them, I also become a little child. Especially it gives me great pleasure to help them in doing all their works. I mean they are smarter than all the kids. If they are guided properly, They can do things very well on their own. So, along with his/ her parents, I will help them in teaching them the right way.
