Hi, I am Avani Sharma. I am proficient in taking classes with focus on yogasana, meditation, and pranayama. Currently I am taking regular classes in an NGO to help them cope with the difficulties in life through meditation and advanced level asanas and also taking pre and postnatal pregnancy yoga classes of a few clients.
As I have done PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy I am also proficient in giving therapy for various diseases. I look forward to work with many of you with optimistic approach to attain positive results for you all.
