Iam a home based tutor.I work with my students patiently.i ask for their needs and set patterns accordingly.i also set timings for their tasks so that they complete their task on time.I analyse each student efficiency individually.I don’t teach all students in same manner.I always split portions for easy understanding.if it is theory oriented I would give more preference to one word and answer in brief which would be easy for them to understand the detailed answer.I would make them practice drawing like maps,diagrams,graphs through which they could gain marks easily.
