As a 21st-century educator, my teaching philosophy revolves around fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that embraces the ever-evolving landscape of knowledge and technology. I believe in nurturing each student’s unique strengths and encouraging critical thinking, creativity, inquiry based learning and collaboration. I believe that learning is a social process. My focus is on modern pedagogy approach to learning l. I emphasize the importance of real-world connections and hands-on experiences, integrating digital tools to enhance engagement and understanding. By fostering a growth mindset and encouraging adaptability, I aim to prepare students not just to excel academically but also to become innovative, compassionate problem-solvers ready to navigate and contribute to a complex, interconnected world.

My teaching approach are learner centered for I believe and emphasizes learners constructing their own knowledge having an active engagement in their learning for " Learning belongs to the learner" Through this learners are able acquire new skills and competency.
