Growing up as a kid, I was opportuned to learn Qur'ān and Tajweed at a very young age. At the age of 8, I was already able to recite the Qur'ān fluently with Tajweed and before my twenties, have memorised the Qur'ān in five different narrations namely: Hafs, warsh, Qalun, Khalaf, and Khallaad. Alhamdulillah, I am grateful as I would not have done it alone but thanks to Allah for the guidance I recieved since my younger days from my parents and teachers alike. With mentorship, one would reduce years of hassle and uncertainties and of trials and errors.
Moreso, with a passion for sharing the teachings of the Holy Qur'an, I went further to learn Arabic Calligraphy, specifically the thuluth, Naskh and wissam scripts, so that I can write the Qur'ān myself and teach it to others to do the same, so that I can as well leave this world with a flowing charity.
Furthermore, I opened a YouTube page 3years ago dedicated solely to Quran and calligraphy to inspire others of Qur'ān benefits and gain reward through it.
My experience with Qur'an and Calligraphy will
enhance thel earning experience of students and also provide them with the opportunity to
learn the beautiful art of writing the Qur'an. I also learnt the English calligraphy specifically the Italics, brush and blackletter scripts of the western calligraphy to compliment it
I am always open to learning and growing, as I'm not perfect and willing to learn also from my students. I am excited to make positive
impact on students and the world at large.

Experience

  • Student (Sep, 2022–Present) at Arabic Calligraphy Institute, Kaduna, Nigeria
    With my journey of Qur'ān, I developed the passion to learn Arabic Calligraphy, so that I could write the Qur'ān of my own and teach my students likewise. And Alhamdulillahi, I have learnt the thulut, naskh and wissam scripts and still learning to perfect it the more, as calligraphy is the journey not the destination.
    I also learnt English calligraphy to compliment it. And I can teach the Italics, brush and black letter scripts of the western calligraphy.
  • Qur'ān teacher (Nov, 2021–Dec, 2022) at Al-Iman school keffi, Nasarawa state Nigeria
    After my service year in 2021, I went back to my roots, Aliman school, where I graduated from High school to yet give my quota of contribution to the students and in the space of one year, humbly speaking, I coached students from the beginner stage to a stage where they can memorise Qur'ān themselves with tajweed Alhamdulillah. In 2023, I left for my postgraduate program afterwards, yet still teach Qur'ān at night classes whenever I'm opportuned.
  • Qur'ān Tajweed and Islamic Studies teacher (Mar, 2021–May, 2021) at Relics Kiddies School, Ogbomoso
    In the year 2021, during my post degree service year to my country, Nigeria, I was posted to Ogbomosho Town of Oyo state, in Nigeria, for my primary assignment. However, I never let that deter me from giving my quota yet again to younger ones at another school entirely which is Relics kiddies school, and it was a wonderful experience as I tutor vibrant students in the space of three months out of my service year.

    I was honored to learn the Qur'ān at a very young age (age 8), and was opportuned to teach others from there on. It's a pleasure to have benefited hundreds of students over the years, and still on it.

    ₦50,000–100,000/week (US$30.44–60.87/week)

    Online classes varies depending on the numbers of activities, fees may rise above 100,000NGN, for all travels to students, students will cover fees for feeding, accomodation and transport while tutoring fee will be open to negotiation.
