A EFL tutor, with over 15years of experience. I believe in engaging and challanging students to study and make it their top priority. My goal in this career is to keep improving and seeking the best way to better my teaching skills.
However, my classroom is a student center space. This is because I believe that every learner has different learning abilities and pace, therefore, each of them should be given equal and multiple opportunity to shine. Sometimes I may have students who learn reading, some with writing, images others with music. I try to incorporate all these and make sure am aware of my kids weakness and strength. My greatest tool in achievement of an effective lesson is the reward system, which I use as a magic whine to encourage the lower level students.
