I regard my children and they regard me. My explanations are clear. My desires are high, yet I ensure the children realize how to approach meeting them- - and they do! I'm reasonable and predictable. I can be depended on to implement school policies. I know my math, so you can change my prep on Labor Day and I'll have the option to stroll into a class two days after the fact and encourage it well. The children make the most of my group since they realize they'll leave it comprehending what they have to know for one year from now and for the up and coming tests. I understand that, as significant as my group seems to be, it's not their lone class of the day or the main thing on their brains; I'm contending with soccer and sweethearts and a wide range of emergencies at home. My children realize that I'm glad to offer additional assistance or a comforting presence. They realize that I'l be amicable, however that I don't mean to get one of their companions, and they regard that.
