I complete my assignments with full sincerity.
To me the student's grade and logical understanding matters the most.
I prefer to be regular in covering the content as the subject demands practice and understanding. We cannot depend on rote learning i.e. learning by heart.
I ensure that students start asking me questions and don't take things just because it comes from an authority. I prefer in helping them learn fishing rather than fishing for them. Students results is a joint responsibility of the student + parent + teacher.

I guess this is good enough as at the introductory level.
