I have been taking yoga classes from 2018. I have completed masters in yoga in 2018. I have qualified QCI level 2, NSDC Level 5, YCB level 3 for yoga teachers at different times. I also have completed 200 hours yoga alliance and ministry of ayush certified TTC. I am a part time Yoga Teacher with Sri Sri School of Yoga from 2018. I have qualified UGC Net exam (Yoga) in 2018 and been awarded for PHD degree recently with the same subject. I teach with sincerity and care. I observe their progress over time and make sure students growth. I apply new sequence often while teaching, so that students don't feel the sessions are monotonous. I give importance to both practical and theoretical knowledge. I can teach yoga philosophy, practical yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Mudra, bandha, Pranayama, Meditation. I also take yoga therapy sessions for different physical and mental problems. I am also corporate yoga trainer. I take yoga class, yoga therapy session, individual and group yoga sessions. I live in Dum dum area of Kolkata, India.

Fee details

    ₹600–5,000/hour (US$7.14–59.46/hour)

    Individual session 3 days a week, Total 12 classes, Monthly charge, Rs.6000. Individual consultation for yoga therapy, charge is Rs.600 per session. Group session charge vary from Rs.1500 to Rs. 5000 per session. Duration of each session is 1 hour to 1hour and 30 minutes.
