Teaching profession is something that always goes on through the process of exchanging knowledge between the students and teachers, which on the other hand enriches the knowledge world for both of them.
I would prefer the discussion method or experimental method of teaching which seems most interesting for the students.
Especially I don't believe on the marks you've got. Obviously this is important but to some extent you need the knowledge which would help you to crack any entrance examination further.
Am flexible enough even to learn from my students which I don't know.
