I am a qualified spiritual guide for yoga.
I teach people through home visits and I conduct regular online classes for both foreign and Indian clients via whatsapp/skype.
I did my certification from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana. I make healthy lesson plan to improve fitness, considering requirements and health issues of my client like slipped disc, vericose veins, Asthama, thyroid, diabetes.
