Maths is considered as a most complex subject though it is not. In my experience I found most the students were afraid of maths and reason behind is that they scored very less as compared to other subject. In my observation I found teachers never taught basics properly in lower classes eventually it damaged child's learning. There were small holes when concept were taught which was never filled later.I realised where exactly students had a issue so I took extra classes after school hour and during lunch break.Even students were intrested to learn.I had to start from beginning I tought them basics starting from 5th class but I achieved want I wanted to. I made them love Maths again. Childrens have different pace of learning it was hard initially but I succeed later.
