    • The sessions helped improve blood glucose levels, sleep quality and stress levels
  • Yoga for Arthritis (Aug, 2017Present) at Individual Therapy sessions
    • Individual sessions for Rheumatoid Arthritis patients
    • Comprised of yoga special techniques for arthritis – loosening exercises, strengthening exercises, yoga postures (asana), regulated breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques.
