Iam Ramya a passionate music(carnatic vocal) teacher . I have qualified my senior grade vocal carnatic music exam as a topper. And I have an experience of 5 years in teaching begginers.

With my experience I have a proper idea to mentor students to get into the world of music.And I also love to teach devara namas and additional songs along with classical lessons so that the students get to grasp the songs and follow it.
I also give lessons on music theory according to their vocal lessons they are learning.
Along with the experience of teaching begginers and kids I have experience of teaching senior citizens who wish to spend their old age time with music through " devara namas" .
I love to introduce students to the world of music and want them to taste the great sweetness of music .
I also teach Sanskrit shlokas for kids and for all ages and Vishnu sahasranamam,lalitasahasrnama,shakambhari sahasranamam, all ashtakas-guru ashtaka,bhavani ashtaka,bhagavati ashtaka, annapoorna ashtaka.
And basic Sanskrit conversation.
I can communicate with students in english,hindi and kannada.

Experience

  • Singer (Nov, 2017–May, 2019) at Drama Project of Kannada AND Culture Department, karnataka.
    This is the Theatre Project under Kannada and Culture Department, karnataka which undertook the task of building a team of artists who can direct, write a screen play, and the actors, lighting, conversations, and music compositions and also a Singer.
    I was selected as Singer to this team of artists, where I got the opportunity to sing under the music direction of Shri. Shrinivas Bhat (Chini), great music director of theatre field.

    With this project I have performed playback singing to this drama which was performed on prestigious stages all over karnataka including Gubbi veeranna kalakshetra, Ranga shankara, Rangayana .
