K.S. Resmi has 26 years of professional teaching experience with 15 years online and 35 years of continuous study of Carnatic music. Many of her students have won numerous national & international competitions. Resmi taught Carnatic vocal music at the University of Madras as a full-time tenured faculty member of the Department of Indian Music. Professional and experienced teacher AND performer of Indian classical music from South India (Carnatic Music). I also teach Kathakali padams, Malayalam Christian devotionals, Bhajans, Sikh shabbats, and film songs in Sanskrit, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada.

I teach the traditional syllabus from beginner to advanced. Indian classical music from South India. University affiliated certificate courses available.
