Being a student my self I would like to mentor my students from very basics to the core of subject through the real life examples to understand the concepts.And not only just going in one way of explanations I personally like a two way communication.Because by having good understanding between student and master and if skill work adds to it we can expect a master piece.I don't make my student to work hardly but I make him to work smartly.My approach towards any course will be as follows the best way to cover syllabus is to uncover the syllabus.I will be available to my students at any time round the clock to clarify doubts...
