I am very much friendly to the student so the student can ask me question very freely..i provide an environment to which student gets interested in their studies I usually use simple command over English to describe details and generally use simplier way to explain topics..I regularly take assesment of the student in order to know their development.keep updates of their homework.generally I also keep in account that student is able to understand the topic very clearly.for this I sometime give them activities to do or give them pictures to give a clear concept.
