I find areas of weakness of students, motivate them makes subject interesting, make them confident and feel subject is interesting. focus on their weakness, rectify them inculcating confidence and make them to realise their own strengths. play role of teacher, friend (to find difficulties) and at the same time makes student responsible and understand their duty and they study with enjoyment. till now I am having centum results and students in their post graduation also remember me and say that they are feeling their studies easy because of basics and concepts taught by me. Students love to listen to my teaching and develop interest in subject so that they finish their studies on their own without any force or pressure and I always see to it that my students enjoy studies rather than feeling them burden. By questioning method I make their concepts and base clear so that any questions whether straight or twisted related to the subject asked they will be confident to attempt and will do strict correction making them to realise how presentation is important. this is my style.
