I always try to give my best.My methodology is to simplify the subject so that it becomes easier for students to understand.I check whether they are able to catch whatever I'm teaching or not.I give assignments,class tests.I also conduct doubt clearing classes,if any.If the students are capable enough then only i proceed further because i think overload is not good for brain.If the students are interested then i also give additional information regarding the subjects which might not be involved in their class syllabus.So basically it depends on demand.
