I am an experienced teacher and have the capability to make a student love maths and science which they are afraid of and to maximize the learning potential of all the students in my class. I believe that developing positive relationship between a teacher and a student is a fundamental aspect of quality teaching and student learning. I am very friendly and at the same time strict too, so students openly speaks about their difficulties in the respective subjects.Although I don't think I'm always the best teacher, do I know that majority of my students love me and I guess this is partly why good things happens in my classroom. I have the ability to build caring relationships with students.
