I always try to be friendly to my students as they need a guide or mentor more than a teacher. I counsel them to know their attitude and mentality and proceed according to their individual requirements.
I always try to motivate them to get used to the pressure of dealing with the competitive environment. I try to begin with a basic approach and then step up to the required level. After covering the total syllabus, I make sure that the student gets a natural feel of the atmosphere and environment of the prevailing competition. Then, I devise a strategy for every student so that they can crack the exam without facing any problems. I always stay in contact with my students so that they stay focused on their prime goals. I instill in them the required confidence to deal with the ongoing pressure of competition.
