Teaching is my passion. I understand the psychology of students very well. It helps me teach effectively and I have seen that some of my students start loving to learn and score well. I feel it is necessary to inspire young students to understand the concept and then learn to get scores etc. This way they find it interesting to read books. I make them understand the concept and topic by giving examples about something which they can relate the topic to. I also teach them the importance of memorising as I feel for understanding something better good memory is needed. For this, I like to teach them how to use mnemonics and enjoy reading and studying. Of course younger students need different techniques to understand. So teaching for me is more than a job. I also assess their learning. I feel it is necessary to make sure students understand their work in real time. Good interaction is the key here.
