I act as a facilitator,to evaluate term wise creative learning environment and to guide teachers for layout,to monitor the teacher's subject proficiency according to the lesson plan,to translate the school,s vision for creative learning into practical implementation.to develop a creative learning community across the school,to have knowledge and understanding to motivate teachers towards creative learning.to involve parents extensively throughout the program .to ensure that teachers understand the guidelines clearly,to maintain students,detailed scholastic and co-scholastic record.
