As a mentor I always apply eclectic approach for teaching. Involvement of students is my preference. My confidence and grip on subject is my top most quality. So far my experience is concerned I always appreciate and try to teach the students in a way that is easy to grasp and understand for them. My participants happily move from known to unknown and come to level of knowledge that is targeted. I know well how to make students relax in learning environment as I never burdened them with lot of work and abstract ideas. I appreciate their participation and welcome their ideas too.
