I have a experience of 3 years in total. My teaching methodology is to first discuss the topic, concepts and formulas with proof(if needed) then questions practice. At the time of discussing the question, I discuss all the possible methods. I also ensure that if short tricks are possible for that topic or question then student must be aware of that. Option elimination is also posibble way to solve the question in competitive exams and I focused on that after discussing the question by original method. I also highlight the various ways of asking the same question, so that student aware of everything before exams.
