I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful person.
One of my strengths as a teacher is my ability to establish strong relationships with my students. I believe that creating a supportive classroom environment is key to success.
I will be creating different ways to connect with the concept when the topic was not clarified in the direct way.
We have to personalize the concept for each individual as per their requirement for the growth and improvement of teacher and also of students.
The student should graspe the concept and understand it rather of memorising the concept.
