When we want to study Qur'an we need to know the basic of this knowledge should be having source of authenticity to Rasulullah Shollallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. How to make sure if your teacher having it? First, If your teacher start your course by define how Qur'an should be learnt from Rasulullah, he/she may a right teacher. Second, If your teacher know the book source of theory that they give to you even explain the matan (text of the book) so he/she insyaAllah a right teacher.

My teaching method is divided into 4 parts :
First, Talaqqi Al Fatihah (I read 1 ayah then you repeat 1 ayah until finish)
Second, Read some parts of Ayah Qur'an.
Third, Learn the theory.
Last with practice the theory we have learnt by reading the Qur'an.

Every my student will have development about their reading ability even the theory after use my methods.

I may be differ to the other teacher because I have studied to Doctor of Qur'an (Syaikh Hisyam Abdul Bari (from Egypt), Syaikh Musthofa 'Afifi (from Egypt) and other doctor of Qur'an), I have developed my own practice paper to help my students, I will note sharply your mistake and will give the correction if needed. The last is I will monitor your progress of study to know if you have problems or not.

    2.Discussed and determined the curriculum of Islamic Studies & Tahfizh (Qur’an reading & memorization) through workshops. Delivered it to every staff & teacher and evaluated the action through meetings. This process was giving good result for students, teachers and staffs. Today the Arrahmah Institute is well known for having very good curriculum in Islamic Studies especially in Tahfizh.

    3.Held R&D for Atthala web based apps between I and Software Engineer every day. This Apps contains some features which enhance significant progress for some roles like administration, teacher, finance and student itself. The progress of working this Apps was quite short (around 6 months planning & 8 months working code) because we launched only certain features as per requirement. But we continued to put additional features one by one whilst the apps was being used by the stakeholders.

    4.Total students and graduate students during working here is more than 5000 students, whilst monetary circulation is more than IDR 1 - 2 billion a year. The estimation of cost efficiency is around IDR 240 million a year. This happened because I was succeed to pioneer the utilization of good software that can minimize the cost and maximize the work because of less head count. Not only that but also the quality of the education program is better than before compare to the variation of programs and events, student results, curriculum, facilities, administration reports and less of complain from the students or parents.

    5. The key of success that I made is change that gives some impacts such as making deficit program into profit, change facilities to be more comfortable, made rules to make work more efficient than before, legalized program to the government (before coming here the programs are have no formal permit letter from the government) and on some occasions I did to decide which training should be conduct and also gave the training management towards the officers.
