Hi, i'm Flory. I have 10 years of clinical experienced both local and overseas. I teach Medical Surgical Nursing, Anatomy and Physiology and Nursing Fundamentals.

My teaching strategy is that, First i am building a trusting realtionship between me and my students. I'm giving an ample time to assess the learning holistically. I make sure that my student is not overwhelmed with the subject. I want the learning to be fun, cool and not complicated.

Learning must not be complicated and difficult it has to be simple straight forward. I also allow my student to ask and verify things which are not clear to them. I am adaptive to each individual's learning style as well. So that the learning sessions will not be boring :))
