"Learning never exhausts the mind." This is a passage that I as a teacher practice and have tried to pass on to my students. As a teacher I try to approach learning as an uncovering of basic needs, the need to know and satisfying curiousity. With basic needs in learning comes mistakes, and I view mistakes as progress. Making mistakes means my students have tried and trying is a must. Everything can be learned, thats what they say and it is! Its the behavior towards learning and making mistakes is what I hope to change. The ability to create and ask questions is for me an indication of an attentive student. I have made a classroom where students are free to ask whatever they like just to sate their curiousity. Their openness to cretiques and corrections can lead to creativity. These are the teaching styles and approach that I try to apply in my class. That does not make me a great teacher though as myself has still a lot of things to learn. This then becomes my process of learning through teaching.
