As a passionate and experienced educator, I specialize in teaching Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Mathematics, and Sinhala. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a deep understanding of concepts and inspiring students to excel academically and personally. I have been an ICT Tutor at Intelligentsia, my own tutoring initiative, since January 2019. This experience has honed my ability to tailor my instructional methods to meet the individual needs of my students, helping them to excel in their studies and build a strong foundation in these subjects.

I am pursuing a BSc. in Information Systems at the University of Colombo School of Computing. This rigorous program has equipped me with a deep understanding of information systems, which I integrate into my teaching to provide students with real-world applications of their studies.

Further enhancing my teaching credentials, I hold a Dip. in Psychology and Counseling from SITC, completed in 2023. This qualification enables me to support my students' emotional and psychological well-being. Additionally, I have a Dip. in Human Resource Management and Administration from SITC, also completed in 2023, which adds to my skills in managing educational environments and understanding the diverse needs of students.

I have obtained the Official(ISC)2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification in 2023, allowing me to incorporate up-to-date cybersecurity knowledge into my ICT curriculum. This ensures my students are well-prepared for the evolving technological landscape.

My educational achievements are complemented by my strong communication skills, demonstrated through my Business English Certificate Preliminary from Cambridge University, achieved in 2018. This qualification ensures that I can effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
